Honda portable generator EC 4000

The Honda EC4500 generator is the most powerful model in Honda’s EC generator range. It is an incredibly popular choice among the construction industry thanks to its rugged build quality and continuous reliability.

It’s powered by a 4-stroke Honda engine, which is housed within the traditional generator frame which has powder coated tubular steel for easy lifting, incredible durability, and many lightweight features. The 4-stroke engine has fewer emissions and lower noise levels making it environmentally friendly and neighbourhood friendly. It also saves on fuel costs with excellent fuel consumption rates.

The EC4500 provides 4500 watts of power for up to 2.3 hours before requiring a re-fill of the 5 litre fuel tank. It has a dual voltage output, 230 volts.

With a low oil alert integrated into this power unit, engine damage is prevented by automatically shutting the unit down if the oil drops below a safe operating level. The EC4500 also features rubber engine mounts which reduce operating noise and vibration greatly, whilst simultaneously maximising frame life.

It even features circuit breaker outlets to avoid equipment damage and injury in the event of a short circuit.
